‘Tis the season for two-a-days and neon colored workout clothes.
OK, maybe not two-a-days every day but at least Tuesday through Thursday, right!? To say that I’ve found my groove is an understatement. I’ve cut most carbs and sugars (minus alcohol – I’m not insane) and I’m working out 7 times a week. Crazy? Maybe, but I was a competitive swimmer for 15 years and sitting at a desk has really cramped my style. Bottom line, I was unhappy with my body and I wanted to change it. And my routine. And my eating habits. Basically, my lifestyle as it related to fitness. I’ll dive a little deeper into my daily routine this Friday where I’ll touch on workouts, meals, and my girlboss inspo, Taylor and Kayla. For now, I’ll leave you with the important stuff: Workout clothes.
Some days I really need to motivate myself to get the f out of bed and workout. Especially when it’s still dark outside and the puppy snuggles are extra snuggly. Those mornings call for hot pink camo leggings. Obviously. If you’re going to commit, why not make it fun? You know my love story with black clothing: The blacker the better. But workout gear? That’s another story. Whatever I can pair with my black and electric pink sneaks goes.
