Sometimes brunching out just isn’t an option.
Most Sunday mornings I’d rather stay in bed, turn on a Die Hard marathon, and pay bills from my phone; Pants optional. Ain’t no shame in my Sunday morning game: I don’t have to make reservations, deal with crowded patios, or over served friends. First world problems. Instead, I crack open a few eggs, toss some berries in a bowl, and make my new favorite iced coffee with Lavazza.
I knew I wanted to put a spin on this week’s chocolatey cold coffee choice but it didn’t hit me until Lavazza sent me these ice pop makers. Bailey’s ice cubes, anyone!?
Little did I know, Bailey’s doesn’t freeze. Bartending fail 101. Even so, the cooled creamer did exactly what I’d hoped it would do – I just didn’t have those awesome frozen ice cube in coffee pictures to show for it!
Any tips for my next iced coffee creation? I’m thinking cookie butter cubes…
