If you’ve been a District Sparkle reader for more than an hour, you know I love a good basic black blouse. Like white, grey, camel, navy, and blush (!), black is a basic neutral that every working woman should have in here closet. Ideally, that means a black coat, blouse, sweater, skirt, pant, shoe, and bag. Follow that same rude with the rest of the colors listed above, add a few colorful, patterned, or textured pieces, and you’ve got yourself a professional wardrobe.
